Purple fields and delicate aromas

Aires de Lavanda began as a garden of our Rondo del Valle winery with 1000 lavender plants. Over time, we have reproduced the plants to form a field of approximately 5000 plants.

The flower collected from the field is distilled to extract essential oil and make natural cosmetic products. We also use it for the elaboration of bunches and sachets.

Due to the interest in this aromatic plant, we have created experiences to learn about the care and uses of the flower, enjoying the landscape of the Valley.
